I met Karen on twitter in 2016, and quickly became fast friends, she shared her dreams about creating a Tzu Kingdom with Gill and I was delighted that not only would she be including Coffee my Shih Tzu, but Coffee would be marrying her Bailey and would be Queen in the series of books. As many of you know Karen “loved” Justin Trudeau and all things Canadian, we had many late night discussions on everything from Justin’s socks to American politics to our adventures with our friends. Karen’s cooking explorations were always filled with lots of laughter, we never knew what was going to explode in the crock pot or the oven. It is my deepest regret we never got a chance to meet, I know we will one day at Biscuit Mountain. My sincere condolences to Linda, Claire, Freddie, Louis and Tiffy. Karen’s wish of Tzu Kingdom will always live on. Justin said this yesterday regarding The Queen, “she was my most favourite person in the world”, Karen was my most favourite person in the world.
